Booking: a reservation is only valid when in writing, by e-mail, fax or letter.  To confirm a booking we require a deposit by credit card with your card number and expiry date or a transfer to our bank account.   It is not always possible to reserve the desired room for you.  Our hotel is a on-smoking house.  Dogs and other pets are not permitted (also not in the à la carte restaurant).  Check-in 3 p.m./check-out 11 a.m. otherwise we must charge you for an extra day.  Arrivals must be before 6 p.m. unless previously agreed.  Surcharge of 10% for a short stay of less than 3 days.  For a speedier check-in please complete the online registration.  (to Registration Form)

Children: children up to 2 years of age can stay in their parents’ room (2 full payers) free of charge, travel cot 2 euros per day.  Children aged 2-15 years: 4 euros per year of life per day with half-board excluding skipass.  Third person from 16 years in three bed room full price, in double bed room with sofabed minus 20% for the third person.

Christmas and New Year's Eve:  obligatory surcharge for the Gala dinner. The hotel is open from December until May and from the end of June until the middle of October.
